This policy explains what Embroidery Hub LLC collects when you use this website, what we do with it, and how to tell us to stop.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and whatever you write in the message field. If you are telling us about a machine you want to sell, we also collect the year, make, and model you enter.

Like most websites, we also collect basic analytics about which pages are visited. That data is not tied to your name.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your question, quote a machine, make an offer on equipment you are selling, or arrange financing and delivery. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to answer you — for example, a financing partner you asked us to connect you with.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and check the consent box, we may text you about your request, including with an automated system. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we may still need them to serve you, and then we delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
